RPH on the GO is seeking PGY1 or PGY2 clinical pharmacists to lead their current clinical staff.
Perm- full-time
Monday-Friday and day-shift (may be required to work some weekends)
Must be able to supervise a staff of 2-3 clinical pharmacists including scheduling
Supervisory activities such as hiring, training, assigning, monitoring and assessing work, promoting,etc.
Work involves ensuring that human resource related decisions are compatible with the organizations policies, practices and directi! on.
The Clinical Pharmacist, Lead will plan, organize, con! trol, and supervise all Genesis Medical Center pharmacy’s clinical activities. In particular, the Clinical Pharmacist, Lead will promote clinically rational drug therapy and sound pharmaceutical care through the development of new (or expansion of existing) pharmacy practice programs, drug therapy policies, and other programs
They must have some form of management or supervisory training in their residency or out on the field.
