The Project Coordinator will work closely with the Delivery Manager to support the management of 3-4 projects. While not actively involved in day-to-day project operations, the Project Coordinator will play a crucial role in assisting with reporting activities, maintaining regular communication with clients and development teams, supporting the development process, managing the backlog, and ensuring timely responses to clients’ requests.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in preparing and delivering project reports to clients, providing accurate and comprehensive updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Maintain regular communication channels with clients and development teams, ensuring effective information flow and addressing any concerns or queries promptly.
  • Support the development process by coordinating activities, monitoring progress, and facilitating effective collaboration between team members.
  • Assist in backlog management, ensuring that tasks are properly prioritized, scheduled, and assigned to appropriate team members.
  • Track and document clients’ requests, ensuring timely responses and appropriate actions are taken to address their needs or concerns.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in English is a must, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, preferably in a technology or software development environment.
  • Experience in account management is desirable, demonstrating the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Proven experience working with international clients, understanding cultural nuances, and adapting communication styles accordingly.
  • Demonstrated high level of responsibility, with the ability to take ownership of tasks and deliver results within specified timelines.
  • Excellent soft skills, including strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Readiness and willingness to grow and develop within the project management domain, taking on increasing responsibilities and expanding skillset.
