Further informations about this occupation opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. RPh On The Go is seeking a Lead Clinical Pharmacist for a hospital located Davenport, IA. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist is responsi! ble for the provision of safe, effective, appropriate and cost-efficient medication therapy to patients at facility. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist ensures that pharmacists and pharmacy technicians receive ongoing training, competency assessment and performance improvement activities to improve delivery of pharmaceutical care to patients at facility. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist is the primary interface between the Department of Pharmacy Services and hospital committees (medical staff, nursing, etc.) coordinating medication use policies and procedures. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist facilitates and manages facility-wide programs/initiatives. The Clinical Pharmacy Manager will work with the Director of Clinical Services. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist is able to practice basic pharmacy distribution as demands of department may require.
