This job will begin as soon as
possible and run through July 6th with the possibilit! y of an extension. The shifts will be 8-10 hour shifts rotating
on the 1st and 2nd shifts. The Pharmacist will compund and dispense medications and all other duties required for
preparation, storage, and ordering of medications. Consultations will be made available to patients on the home health
or hospice program.
Employment Qualifications:
- Iowa license active and clear
- Bachelor of Science in pharmacy - PharmD Preferred
- Current inpatient pharmacy experience
- Ability to travel for assignment if not local to the area
