Job: Pharmacist
Start Date: May 13th â€" July 6th
Shifts: 1st and 2nd rotations, 8 â€" 10 hours shifts
Health practitioners who specialize in dispensing drugs prescri! bed by physicians and providing information to patients about their side effects and use.
The Pharmacist compounds and dispenses medications and any other duties related to the preparation, storage, and ordering of medications. Consultation will be made available to patients on the Homecare / Hospice program, when required, based upon pharmaceutical screening. The counseling services are provided in accordance with the Homecare /hospice plan of care, and must relate to the patients needs rather than the personal needs of the care giver/family. The ages of patients served range from neonatal to geriatric.
