JOB SCOPE:
- Assist the Acute Care Pharmacy by checking medications and verifying in Cerner
- Cover Home Care and Hospice services
- 8-Hour days (8:00am â€" 4:30pm), M-F
- Assignment will include on-call from 4:30pm â€" 9:00pm, M-F (typically only 2-3 calls/month)
