Further informations about this occupation opportunity kindly read the description below. RPh on the Go is seeking candidates for a Lead Clinical Pharmacist job in eastern Iowa. We are working with a medium sized hospital to gather candidates for their permanent position in the clinical department. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist is responsible for training, monitoring work flow, organizing meetings surrounding clinical activities and promoting the best drug therapy for all patients. The Lead Clinical Pharmacist will also be a part of developing new therapy policies along with other programs needed to expand the clinical department.
The ideal candidate will have at least! 3-5 years as a Clinical Pharmacist or a PGY1 or PGY2 residenc! y along with 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
