We are now looking for a Cybersecurity Manager, Operational Technology to develop and implement industrial cybersecurity best practices in the Konecranes factories.

What does this mean in practice? In this role, you will be focusing on reducing Konecranes operational risks by
- Defining a defensible architecture to support visibility, log collection, asset identification, segmentation, DMZ, trust zones etc.
- Ensuring sufficient network visibility and monitoring
- Helping factories to build factory-specific incident response plans
- Providing tooling and processes for risk-based vulnerability management
- Defining the Konecranes OT Security Requirements 2.0, conducting factory security risk assessments and supporting in implementing the mitigating controls
- Producing metrics to local and global management on the risk reduction and compliance
- Providing training and factory security awareness
Your closest colleagues will be people working in the Konecranes factories, IT Operations, HSEQ, and the selected suppliers. Ability to clearly articulate targets, plan, collaborate and systematically work together towards joint objectives is critical to succeed together. We are looking for a person with managerial capabilities who understands that security is a team sport.

This role is based in Hyvinkää and Espoo (Finland), but it goes without saying that remote & hybrid working is a part of our modern ways of working. This position will require some travelling, regardless of the candidate's location.
What should you bring?
To achieve these goals, you should have experience from cybersecurity risk assessments, access management, network security, security monitoring, vulnerability management, backup management, incident management and disaster recovery planning. It will be plus, if you understand industrial automation, SCADA, Purdue model and how a factory operates. Security certifications like IEC 62443, ISO 27001, CISSP, DevSecOps Practioner are also appreciated.
