About the Role
As a Software Development Manager you will be responsible for the technical architecture and development of the Augmented Analytics platform back-end/front-end services as well as data engineering layer. You will cooperate with Product management and other engineering teams on the product’s roadmap and its execution and ensure the team’s professional growth and participate in recruiting activities.
Product & Team
- Our Storyteller software is the foundation of Workday’s Augmented Analytics platform
- The platform delivers automated analyses of People, Finance, and any structured data to business users without a need for a human analyst
- Our automated analyses are presented to users in easily consumable and narrative stories
- We are team of 80+ software engineers, data analysts, PMs, SREs and SDETs sitting at Churchill square
- We are working closely with Workday Analytics team in Silicon Valley
About You
Basic Qualifications
- At least 3 years experience managing a software engineering team
- Prior experience working in a software product company
- Knowledge of agile software development methodologies
Other Qualifications
- Experience delivering SaaS products
- Knowledge of Business intelligence/Machine Learning products and market
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to lead efficiently in multicultural fast paced environment
