CONTEXT

As the Team Leader for Application Support Distribution, your role is to oversee and manage a team of business consultants who provide application support (mainly SAP modules OTC, PTP and LE) to the European Distribution community.

You will be a member of the Richemont Europe entity and report to the Distribution & Operation Excellence Support Manager.

The position is based in the Campus Genevois de la Haute Horlogerie located in Meyrin, Switzerland.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

  • Managing the day-to-day operations of the team and monitoring the incidents assigned to the team
  • Being the primary escalation contact and proactively support the team
  • Creating an operational excellence mindset through data-driven and root cause analyses
  • Leading the team through performance reviews while nurturing personal development through shared career paths
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of support processes, troubleshooting steps, and knowledge base articles
  • Fostering a customer-centric culture within the team
  • Animating and engaging the key-users community
  • Keeping users’ knowledge up to date, by promoting and supporting available tools

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE?

  • You have a minimum of 8 years of experience on SAP (in particular OTC, PTP and LE) with a good understanding of the business practices in the Distribution area
  • You have a proven experience in leading a team of multiple experts
  • You are fluent in English with strong written and oral communication skills (any additional languages is a plus)
  • You have a strong ability to share knowledge and to build trustworthy collaboration with your peers (team members, management, and stakeholders)
  • You are results-oriented with good organization skills (prioritization, evaluate impacts of changes, identify risks & find appropriate solutions)
  • You are passionate about delivering the best possible service to your customer and users
