As a core business, we provide smart transportation management solutions for leading global travel brands. Recently, Get-e added hotel room management for airline crews' to its portfolio. Due to our rapid growth of Get-e, we are looking for new talent who can create the best user experience for our customers.
As a Get-e Financial Administrative Intern, you will enjoy creating structure within the financial administrative processes and know how to keep our financial records up-to-date. You will be part of a team that is responsible for all financial processes of Get-e. Together with 2 colleagues, a senior financial employee and the CFO, you take care of the entire financial aspect of our service offering by handling the daily financial administration.
You are responsible for the management of accounts payable, receivables, and accounting. With an eye for detail, you prepare and send invoices to our customers. With your strong business communication skills, you are able to communicate clearly with suppliers, customers and with your colleagues from the other departments. Each week you will make a financial report which will help the organisation grow successfully. You will work with the program Exact.
You identify points of improvement and think along with us about the best solutions and new initiatives.
