Your responsibilities at TeaCode:
- Conduct user research, analyse feedback, and iterate on designs to enhance usability and user satisfaction
- Design useful and intuitive experiences and prototypes
- Help to develop and maintain a design system, style guides, and design processes
- Create User Personas, User Stories and User Journeys
- Plan, conduct, and lead whiteboarding sessions, workshops, and team meetings
- Direct cooperation with clients (with the support of the PM)
- Create case studies of your work
- Collaboration with the Product Design team
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in web and mobile UI/UX design, and incorporate them into our design processes
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer (or equivalent experience)
- A portfolio with web applications case studies
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
- Strong communication skills to communicate design decisions to leadership, and software engineers
- Application and development of design thinking principles, methodology, and practice to deliver value
- Ability to think at a high level about product strategy
- Good knowledge of Figma and working with design systems and design tokens
- Knowledge of the possibilities and limitations of technology
- Experience in UX Audits
- Knowledge of different user testing and research methods
- Some experience in conducting user testing sessions
- Proven exposure to making analytic-based decisions
Nice to have:
- Good knowledge of Material UI design system
- Projects from travel industry
- Basic understanding of CSS and React
