We're seeking an experienced Barista / All-Rounder who possesses the following qualities:

Ability to Work Under Pressure: Our cafe can get busy, and things can get hectic during peak hours. We need someone who remains composed and efficient, delivering consistent quality even during high-demand periods.
Clean and Organised: Maintaining a clean and organised workspace is essential to uphold our standards of hygiene and efficiency. The ideal candidate takes pride in their workspace and contributes to the overall cleanliness of the cafe.
Punctual and Reliable: Timeliness is crucial in the hospitality industry. We're looking for someone who understands the importance of punctuality and can be relied upon to show up for shifts as scheduled.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality coffee beverages.
- Greet and engage customers in a friendly and welcoming manner.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, including the espresso machine and brewing equipment.
- Assist with food preparation and presentation as needed.
- Handle transactions and maintain a organised cash register.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a barista, preferably in a fast-paced cafe environment.
- Strong knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and espresso machine operation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Food safety and hygiene certification is a plus.
