Responsibilities:

  • Perform various tasks on the production line, including but not limited to food processing, packaging, and labelling.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
  • Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and report any issues to the supervisor.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve production targets and deliver high-quality products.
  • Participate in product quality checks and assist in resolving any quality-related concerns.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent production standards.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in food production or a related industry is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
  • A strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Flexibility in working shifts as production demands may require day, night, or weekend shifts.
  • Physical ability to lift and move products and operate production equipment.
