Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks on the production line, including but not limited to food processing, packaging, and labelling.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and hygienic work area.
- Monitor machinery and equipment to ensure they are operating efficiently and report any issues to the supervisor.
- Work as part of a team to achieve production targets and deliver high-quality products.
- Participate in product quality checks and assist in resolving any quality-related concerns.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent production standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in food production or a related industry is preferred but not essential; we provide comprehensive training.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle repetitive tasks.
- A strong eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexibility in working shifts as production demands may require day, night, or weekend shifts.
- Physical ability to lift and move products and operate production equipment.
