Due to ongoing expansion, 400-Bed Hospital designated Trauma Center in California. is seeking a Clinical Pharmacist!!! If you are looking to use your Residency, this is the place to be.
The position offers an extremely Competitive Salary, Relocation Package, Sign-On Bonus, and Education Loan Reimbursement!!! The Sign-On Bonus and Education Loan Reimbursement are paid out at the same time.
The facility rates as one of the area’s most progressive health care providers. Services provided range from open-heart surgery to physical therapy and from cancer care to neurosurgery. The facility consists of multiple campuses, partnerships, recognitions, and a future which includes further expansion.
The Department: Pharmacists work with supportive and professional Pharmacy Administration and play a vital role on the healthcare team. The management has enhanced pharmacy’s support role which has allowed p! harmacists to serve in an integral role and function effective! ly in support of the organization’s effort to achieve desired clinical outcomes. The Pharmacy is a completely decentralized model.
Pharmaceutical care will include, but is not limited to, pharmacokinetic evaluation and monitoring, chart review, antibiotic monitoring, drug information, automatic renal dose adjustments, IV-PO switches, Coumadin consults, therapeutic interchange, and educational services, as well as reaching annual goals adopted by the Department of Pharmacy.

Education, training, experience:
Pharm. D. degree and a Pharmacy Practice Residency Certificate (ASHP A! ccredited program given priority) or equivalent hospital pharmacy experience preferred (minimum 2 years).
