Requirements: Education: High school diploma.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year Pharmacy Technician experience preferred.
Other Skills: Knowledge of medical and pharmaceutical terminology preferred. Ability to take direction and work as part of a team. Strong customer relations'' skills.
Certificates & Licenses: If driving, valid Iowa driver''s license. Pharmacy Certified Technician preferred. Registered with Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Technician or within 30 days of hire.
Hours will be on an as needed basis between the hours of 8 AM & 9 PM.
Description: Under the supervision of the pharmacist, assists in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, including ! preparation and distribution of medications to patients and pa! tient care areas. Adheres to Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare''s performance expectations and performs all defined services and other related duties in accordance with the mission, vision and values of Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare.
