Description: Soliant Health is at present recruited Hospice Pharmacy - Pharmacist Job - Paid Travel right now, this vacancy will be depute in Iowa. Further informations about this vacancy opportunity please give attention to these descriptions. Soliant is seeking a pharmacist to cover services for home health and hospice patients. This pharmacist will assist the acute care pharmacy as! well by checking medications and verifying orders. The system used is Cerner. Pharmacist will also be on-call for the hsopice services.
The schedule for the pharmacist will be Monday through Friday 8am-4:30pm. The assignment will starts as soon as possible and will run through October 19th. The on-call shifts will be cover services 4:30pm-9pm. There are typically 2-3 calls per month after hours.
Requirements for the position will be an Iowa license active and clear, PharmD, experience with hospice and home health patients, inpatient clinical experience, and minimum one year experience working with clinical pharmacy environment.
