Reporting to the Director of Pharmacy, this Pharmacist-in-Charge will:
Provide direction for pharmacy services and employees
Assume on-call responsibilities in the rotation
Oversee and perform compounding and distribution of all pharmaceutical products, ancillary supplies, and equipment
E! nsure compliance with pharmacy licenses, pharmacy department p! olicies and procedures, and regulatory requirements
Assist in the creation of pharmacy department goals and objectives
Supervise and control pharmacy inventory and purchasing
Perform proper level of clinical monitoring for ARJ patients
