Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Follows the progress of the mechanical works in stages, from the project idea, implementation, and final approval, including the hydraulic installations of the Mkz Fu Fuv infrastructure;
- Plans, organizes and supervises the work of mechanical subcontractors to ensure that all work is carried out according to the parameters defined in the project and the technical specifications of the designers;
- Reviews and design the cost of mechanical installations by preparing the total estimate based on the approved projects;
- Identifies the market of materials and local or foreign mechanical installers and coordinates with other departments for the selection method;
- Coordinates the work between different installation groups;
- Approves the materials that are implemented on the site and completes the relevant documentation;
- Prepares and monitors the schedule of implementation of mechanical works following the general schedule of the facility;
- Draws up and checks the monthly situations;
- Draws up and fills in preventive changes received as a request from the client based on the procedures approved by the company;
- Designs supervises and periodically maintains the system of mechanical installations during the exploitation phase;
- Compiles and coordinates the work for the preparation of maintenance manuals for mechanical installations;
- Participates in the drafting and implementation of the technical insurance regulation regarding mechanical installations;
- Makes adjustments to minor changes in infrastructure installations, compiles the changed project, and sends it to the mechanical department for approval;
- He is responsible for the water supply lines of the work stations in the construction site;
- Coordinates follows and is in charge of the water supply lines from the water sources to the entrance of the construction site (including works of receiving at the sources);
- Other tasks assigned to him.
Education:
To have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
Other qualifications:
- 5-7 years of experience in HVAC, electrical systems, ventilation, and cooling techniques;
- Ability to coordinate mechanical works, hydro sanitary, ventilation, cooling techniques, etc.;
- Competent skills in sketching, accurate programming, installation, and testing of mechanical systems;
- Very good communication skills and interpersonal skills;
- To know of construction processes and materials, as well as project management;
- Having experience in AutoCAD and MS is an advantage, as well as the ability to read blueprints and specifications.
- To know about drawing up business contracts for electro-mechanical installations.
